Our breath envokes the swinging pendulum between cause and affect in our lives. It is the energy which creates the waves in our mind

This course, the Art of Breath, is designed to take the practitioner into a deeper, more truthful understanding of themselves and of the world.

It has never been more of a vital time to find balance within ourselves- to exercise emotional and mental resiliency

we build this resiliency through the understanding of our breath

How we breathe in the body is directly related to how we perceive everything in our lives

By practicing the ancient techniques of bandhas, pranayama, and mudras- we learn how to take control of our energy within the breath, and direct it with intention- using it as a tool that heals and revitalizes the mind + body

We merge these teachings with the power of our imagination -all the while sprinkling interesting science research along the way.

We learn how to direct our life force current that is carried within the breath and use it to bring to life the most beautiful in your human potential
