GuanJing Method is a meditative movement practice that harnesses life force energy to achieve optimal & health within mind, body, and spirit

GuanJing translates to "the spirit of the mountain pass” or “ the essence of the mountain pass”

Each lesson is designed to be replayed as many times needed. Remember- It is not about rushing through to completion, but embodying the breath, movements and meditation until it is fully absorbed.

Replay each lecture as much as you need- at your own pace to ensure understanding of breathing and movement patterns. Videos, audio, and plenty of visual illustrations were included in each lesson for easy comprehension.

WHEN TO PRACTICE

This method is ideal for the mornings and evenings and best done on an empty stomach. However the movements are designed for you to integrate into your life whenever you feel called.
