FLOW STATE

In flow -you are completely absorbed in the essence of the movement. You are fully in sync with spirit. You feel a deep yet effortless connection with the body. Every movement gracefully transitions to another. You are in no strain to maintain the pace, direction or shapes. You feel empowered, and are able to direct the currents of energy running through. You lose sense of time, your inhibitions, your worries, and whatever else is normally in the back of your mind.
